Memory
Growing up, I always felt safe at home, knowing no better comfort. I now understand this sense of security through the memories I have gained.

I am inspired by memories that are sparked from my visual surroundings and past activities. Triggered by site or smell, I remember certain events from the past, which I hope to illustrate through sculpture.

Besides my own memories, I have gathered numerous memories from the stories told by my family. This chain of experiences through time forms my current understanding of family and home.
