Those old sayings we grew up with, stay with us. As children we don’t necessarily understand the meaning of phrases such as, “What’s good for the goose is good for the gander”. These rhymes or riddles play in our discussions and create meaning as we grow older. After time, experiences, and maybe some explanation we gain understanding.
